Location was near to haram but hotel is in a hill area. Staffs are really good they tried their best to help us with Golf cart to go down from the well.

the location is walking distance to the haram. worth the price and the bathroom is clean. They sent you the direction of the hotel via Whatsapp, and its really helpful. The staff are friendly. There is also Microwave & minibar for tea & coffee as complimentary, nice.

The hotel was quite close to Masjid al Haraam, the last few steps required going through a slope uphill but was manageable for my family. Infact, after prayer times, a golf vehicle was available on request to help us go uphill, which was very helpful. Hot and cold drinking water was available on every floor, tea and coffee maker was provided free of charge in the lobby. The staff was very helpful. Yasir, Muhammad and Muhammad (2nd) were very cooperative.

The location is close to al haram although we had a hard time in finding the hotel. Hotel staff were nice and there was also free tea and coffee in the reception.
